Bankia were one of a number of banks that were affected by the Floor Clause claims process and the total list is below. Not all Bankia customers had the floor clause in the terms of their mortgages they provided so please contact us directly for advice.

The floor clause at Bankia meant that from between 2008 to 2013 you were paying too much in interest, on your mortgage payments, due to what was on 21st December 2016, declared illegal by the European Courts of Justice.
